We are proud to announce that Gables Seaport has been recognized as part of the Elite 1% of the Nation's Apartment Communities by the prestigious ORA® Power Ranking for 2023!
This honor, independently presented by J Turner Research in partnership with Multifamily Executive, celebrates the top 1% of the nation's apartment communities for outstanding online reputation and resident experience.
Although we no longer participate in the ORA platform, this is a national recognition reflecting our commitment to providing an exceptional living experience for our residents. The Elite 1% ORA® list, now in its tenth year, is an independent assessment based on the analysis of over 140,000 properties across various review sites and ILSs, highlighting those that truly stand out in resident satisfaction.

5/11/2023Vinings Village Has Gone Solar!
We are thrilled to announce that Gables Vinings Village has officially gone LIVE with its brand-new solar panel array! The installation is now fully operational and is set to provide clean and sustainable energy to our community.
The solar array is also expected to offset around 20% of the common area usage, significantly reducing the community’s reliance on non-renewable energy sources. This is good news for the environment and will also help our community save on energy costs in the long run.
This exciting achievement serves as a testament to our ongoing commitment to sustainability, and we’re proud to be leading the way towards a brighter and greener future. Stay tuned for more Everyday Green news to come!

2/6/2023Premier Member of EPA’s Certification Nation
We are proud to announce Gables is a Premier Member of EPA’s Certification Nation! We have earned ENERGY STAR certification for 16 of our communities in 2022!
To earn the ENERGY STAR, a commercial building or industrial plant must be independently verified to operate more efficiently than 75% of similar properties nationwide. ENERGY STAR certified buildings use an average of 35% less energy and are responsible for 35% less carbon dioxide emissions than typical buildings.
Congratulations to our ENERGY STAR certified communities, who are among the most energy efficient buildings in the nation!

We are thrilled to announce 15 Gables communities have earned IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management) Certified Sustainable Property (CSP) in 2022! This certification is a mark of distinction for commercial and residential communities that focuses on the role of real estate management in green building performance.
To earn certification, a community must first meet key baseline requirements, and then earn necessary points across energy, water, health, recycling and purchasing categories.
